1. Eligibility

The RV Overnights ("RVO") "3rd Birthday Giveaway" Giveaway (the "Promotion") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry (nineteen (19) years old if a legal resident of Alabama or Nebraska, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence if higher than 18). Employees, officers, and directors of RVO, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotion agencies, and each of the companies listed in Section 6 that has contributed a prize to this Promotion, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members of such employees, officers, and directors, are not eligible. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

3. Agreement to Rules

By entering, you ("You" or "Entrant") agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and represent that You meet the eligibility requirements above. You agree that RVO's decisions regarding all aspects of this Promotion are final and binding.

4. Promotion Period

October 5, 2026 at 12:00:01 AM ET through October 12, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM ET (the "Promotion Period"). Continuation of the Promotion beyond the current cycle is at RVO's sole discretion and is not guaranteed.

5. How to Enter

Entrants may enter by submitting their name and email address via the TypeForm at the link provided during the Promotion Period. Limit one (1) entry per person, per email address, and per household for the entire Promotion Period; multiple entries from the same person, email address, or household will be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete, garbled, or not received for any reason, including technical malfunctions, will be void.

Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the prize package: $2,045.90. Actual value may vary based on market conditions at the time of award; any difference between the stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded.

Prizes are non-transferable. No cash alternative or substitution of prizes is permitted, except that RVO reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or component of the prize package) of equal or greater value if any listed prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

7. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

8. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted by RVO or its designated representative, whose decisions are final, on or about October 13, 2026, and the winner will be notified via email. The winner will have five (5) days from the date of notification to respond and accept the prize, or the prize will be forfeited. If a selected winner cannot be reached, fails to respond within the required time, is found ineligible, or forfeits the prize for any other reason, RVO reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to select an alternate winner via the same random drawing method from among the remaining eligible entries, or to not award that prize.

9. Rights Granted by You

Winners may be asked, but are not required, to provide a testimonial. Where a winner agrees, RVO may use their first name, city, and state, and testimonial, for promotional purposes without further compensation, subject to applicable law.

10. Privacy

Information collected from Entrants is subject to RVO's Privacy Policy, available at https://rvovernights.com/pages/privacy-policy . By entering, You consent to RVO's collection, use, and disclosure of Your personal information as described there, including for purposes of administering this Promotion and, where permitted, for marketing communications.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BY ENTERING, YOU AGREE TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS RVO AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, ADVERTISING/PROMOTION AGENCIES, PARTNERS, REPRESENTATIVES, AGENTS, SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, AND DIRECTORS (COLLECTIVELY, THE "RELEASED PARTIES") FROM ANY CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THIS PROMOTION OR THE RECEIPT, USE, OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT CAUSED BY A RELEASED PARTY'S GROSS NEGLIGENCE, WILLFUL MISCONDUCT, FRAUD, OR OTHER LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED OR WAIVED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE RELEASED PARTIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS PROMOTION, WHETHER ARISING IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

12. Dispute Resolution; Governing Law; Venue

Except where prohibited by applicable law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Promotion or these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without giving effect to any choice-of-law or conflict-of-law rules, and shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hunterdon County, New Jersey. By entering, You consent to the personal jurisdiction of, and waive any objection to venue in, such courts. Each party shall bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, consolidated, or representative proceeding, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Instagram, or Facebook. You are providing your information to RVO, and not to Meta, Instagram, or Facebook.

14. Tax Obligations

Winners are solely responsible for any taxes associated with receipt of the prize. RVO may issue a Form 1099-MISC where required by applicable law.

15. General Conditions

RVO reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify this Promotion, or any part of it, if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond RVO's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Promotion, as determined by RVO in its sole discretion. RVO reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
