Legal Terms for stayingat host properties
No tents of any kind are allowed. All members must have an interior bathroom, kitchen (cooking facilities), and sleeping area. No dumping of gray or black waste is prohibited.
Arriving unannounced will result in ejection from the program.
All of our hosts open up their businesses to our members at no cost. We suggest supporting them with a minimum of a $30.00 purchase. Again, this is a minimum suggestion, feel free to spend more and support our small business hosts.
Every host specifies if they allow outdoor cooking, firepits, generators, and more. Follow the rules they have set and respect their property.
Check-In and Check-Out, please respect their schedules.
Please take all trash and pet waste with you. Leave your hosting location as it was when you arrived, or better!
You must keep a valid proof of insurance with you at all times while on host property. Hosts are not responsible for damage or theft to any and all of your property including your RV, Camper, Tow Vehicle, TOAD, personal property, personal injury to you or others traveling with you.
Reserves RVOvernights.com reserves the right to remove any member from the program should they violate these guidelines or fail to follow the companies terms of use policy.
You get unlimited stay requests at anyone of our hosting locations. You also get our app complete with dump stations and propane fill locations. Members can stay at any property with an approved stay request from our hosts.
To join our program, you must own a self-contained RV or Camper. This means your cooking, bathroom, and sleeping facilities are inside of your unit. We do not allow pop-up campers, rooftop tents, mini-vans, cars and SUVs. Hybrid Units and Completed Scoolies are allowed.
Our App makes it easy to find your next destination. It comes complete with a country wide map view, list view, and tons of filters and categories to find the perfect host for you!
We have built in tons of filters for our members and hosts to help find the right hosts or attract the right guests. We have filters for Electric, Water, Sewage, Length, Parking Surface, Amenities, Pets Allowed or Not Allowed, and more. This is all so you can find the perfect host for you.
Absolutely, our hosts are small businesses and in some cases you may be staying at their personal residence. You must have an approved stay request to show up at a hosting location for an overnight stay. Failure to do so will result in ejection from the program without a refund.
You can always cancel a stay request when it is 24 hours prior to your arrival date. If you are inside the 24 hour window, you need to communicate with your host as to why you cannot honor your request. We do have a three strike policy for last minute cancellations and no-shows. If you cancel last minute or no show a host location more than three times, we will reach out to review your account.
Our hosts have an icon they can turn on their profile that will let you know if they allow additional nights.
Our hosts open up their beautiful locations without any fixed price or commitment to receive compensation. As part of our program, you should expect to spend a minimum of $30 for each host location to help support our hosts. Remember, these are small businesses who rely on your purchases to be able to participate in the RV Overnights program.
Yes and No. Our hosts have the option to specify if they allow pets or DO NOT allow pets. Please follow the rules set by each individual host.
Sure! As long as they also have an RVOvernights.com membership and an approved stay request from the host. Your membership covers your rig only.
Your purchases while at their location is what makes the RVOvernights.com program work. We suggest a minimum of $30 spend, but encourage you to spend more.
We are so confident you will be happy with our platform and with your stays at our exclusive hosts that we are willing to bet on it! If our program isn't working for you, simply let us know within the first 90-days of your membership and we will refund your membership fees.
Members agree to hold harmless RV Overnights LLC (RVOvernights.com, RVO), all Hosts and their officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any loss, expense, liability, damage, claim (including attorneys’ fees) made or brought by or on behalf of you, your family or guests, or brought against RV Overnights LLC as a result of your actions, for any and all claims, controversies, actions, causes of actions, liabilities, demands or damages of whatever name or nature that arise from your use of any RV Overnights LLC materials or information. Members agree to abide by our Terms and Conditions of Use as well as our “Member Guidelines”. Failure to do so may result in termination of membership without refund.
Our host locations have limited availability and make accommodations to expect your arrival. When you cancel last minute or no-show a host, it hurts the host, and other members. The host loses out on a guest and sales for the night, and other members lose out on a place to stay. For this reason, we have our Three-Strike Policy.
More than three last minute cancellations or no-shows will result in a review of your membership account to determine if your membership will be revoked.
